Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we are happy to exchange it for the correct item at no additional cost. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a prompt replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
